Who we are
This is the privacy policy for pointbreakdynamics.com, operated by Pointbreak Dynamics, LLC. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to info@pointbreakdynamics.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Orders: when you place an order through our store, we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and payment details (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers ourselves).
- Custom order requests: name, phone number, email, and the details you provide about the build you’re asking about.
- FFL dealer selection: if a product requires transfer through a licensed dealer, we store which dealer you selected along with your order.
- Newsletter / giveaway entries: if you subscribe or enter a promotion, we collect your email address and, where applicable, information you submit as part of entry (such as a self-attested Instagram follow).
- Account information: if you create an account, we store your login details and order history.
- Location data: if you use the “Use My Current Location” button on our FFL dealer locator, we store the coordinates, search radius, and number of results returned for that search in our own database, in addition to sending your approximate location to Google to perform the search (see “Third parties we use” below). We do not store your name, IP address, or other identifying information alongside these location searches — just the search itself.
Cookies
We use cookies for: age verification (remembering that you’ve confirmed you’re 21+, for 24 hours), shopping cart and checkout functionality, and to avoid re-showing popups (such as the newsletter signup) you’ve already dismissed or completed. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
Third parties we use
- WooCommerce / payment processors: to process orders and payments.
- Google Maps: the FFL dealer locator uses Google’s mapping and geocoding services; your approximate search location may be sent to Google when you use “Use My Current Location.”
- Jetpack (Automattic): used for site security, forms, and related site functionality.
- Email delivery: transactional emails (order confirmations, form submissions) are sent through our hosting/email infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Marketing communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter or enter a promotion and don’t opt out, we may use your email to send updates about new products, promotions, and giveaways. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us directly to be removed.
How long we keep data
Order records are retained as required for tax, warranty, and legal compliance purposes. Newsletter and giveaway entry emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to our legal obligations, such as order records we’re required to retain) by emailing info@pointbreakdynamics.com.
Age restriction
This site and its products are intended for individuals 21 years of age or older, consistent with the age verification gate shown on entry.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
