1. Sponsor
This Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Point Break Dynamics (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us”), Pointbreak Dynamics, LLC.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are physically located in the United States at time of entry and who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or household members of Sponsor are not eligible.
Excluded Jurisdictions: This Giveaway is VOID in California, New York, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Connecticut, Hawaii, the District of Columbia, and any other state, territory, or locality where possession of an SBA3-style pistol stabilizing brace, or entry into this Giveaway, is restricted or prohibited by law. Entrants from these jurisdictions are not eligible and any such entries will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to add jurisdictions to this list at any time if the legal status of the prize changes.
By entering, you represent and warrant that you are legally eligible under federal, state, and local law to purchase, receive, and possess the prize item at your address of residence.
3. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted starting July 25, 2026, 12:00:00 AM ET and ending August 31, 2026, 11:59:59 PM ET (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s server clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
To enter, entrants must complete all of the following, free of charge, at pointbreakdynamics.com/sba3-giveaway:
- Submit a valid email address via the entry form on the Giveaway entry page;
- Follow Sponsor’s Instagram account (@pointbreakdynamics);
- Tag one (1) friend in the comments of Sponsor’s designated giveaway post on Instagram; and
- Repost Sponsor’s designated giveaway post to your Instagram Story.
Each person is limited to one (1) entry total for the Giveaway, regardless of the number of comments or tags made. Duplicate or fraudulent entries (including use of multiple email addresses, bots, or scripts) will be disqualified. No purchase, payment, or product order is required at any point to enter or win.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive: one (1) SB Tactical SBA3™ 5-Position Adjustable Pistol Stabilizing Brace, Black (Model SBA3X-01-SB) (“Prize”). Approximate retail value (ARV): $50–$150. Actual value may vary. No cash alternative will be offered; Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The Prize is an unassembled accessory item only. It is not sold, shipped, or transferred as part of an assembled firearm, and this Giveaway does not include, and Sponsor will not facilitate, any transfer of a firearm. Winner is solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding possession, installation, and use of the Prize, including any requirement that installation on a pistol not convert the pistol into a weapon regulated under the National Firearms Act.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, on or about September 3, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via the email address provided within two (2) business days of selection. Winner must respond within three (3) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor may require winner to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release, and to provide identification confirming they meet the age and residency requirements above, before the Prize is awarded.
7. Verification & Right to Disqualify
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify eligibility, request government-issued photo ID confirming age and state of residence, and to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not meet these Official Rules, who provides false information, or whose receipt of the Prize would violate any federal, state, or local law. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
8. Shipping & Delivery
The Prize will be shipped via a common carrier to the winner’s verified address within an eligible jurisdiction. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected shipments once tendered to the carrier with correct address information. Sponsor may decline to ship to any address it reasonably believes is in an excluded or ineligible jurisdiction.
9. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the Prize.
10. Release & Limitation of Liability
By entering, you release Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Data Use
Information collected in connection with this Giveaway (including email address) will be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway, notify the winner, and — where the entrant has not opted out — to send future marketing communications from Point Break Dynamics, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
12. General Conditions
This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc., and entrants release Instagram/Meta from any liability in connection with the Giveaway.
